Before GreenOak, Kalsi spent nearly two decades at Morgan Stanley, where he co-led the global real estate investing business and served as president of its real estate funds. Earlier, he and his team helped establish Morgan Stanley’s property-investment business in Asia. His experience spans fund formation, cross-border investing and the management of institutional real estate capital. BGO global leadership · Sonny Kalsi biography
At BGO, Kalsi’s remit is executive oversight across a global investment manager rather than day-to-day management of a single property market. The platform invests in and manages real estate for institutional clients, with investment strategies and operating teams across regions and sectors. His history at Morgan Stanley and GreenOak helps explain the institutional and international orientation of the firm he now leads. BGO lists him as chairman, while SLC Management identifies him as its president and CEO. BGO global leadership · SLC Management leadership
