This policy explains how CRE Terminal LLC handles information collected through creterminal.com and our marketing emails. It does not cover the CRE Terminal application.
Information we collect

How we use it
We use it to respond to requests, deliver downloads, send research and marketing emails, operate and improve the website, and show CRE Terminal ads to past visitors on other websites. Downloading a white paper subscribes you to our research and marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us run the site and our communications, including HubSpot (CRM, forms and email), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google Analytics (site analytics), AdRoll (advertising) and Slack (internal notifications). We may also disclose it when required by law or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale.
