Vincent Lo

Vincent H. S. Lo founded Shui On Group in 1971 and remains its chairman. He also chairs Shui On Land, the group’s mainland-China property-development company, and SOCAM Development. Lo’s work is associated with large mixed-use urban projects, especially the redevelopment of Shanghai’s Xintiandi district, which combined commercial activity with conservation of historic Shikumen architecture.
