Career

Gupta spent 26 years at Lendlease, building experience in property investment, development and operations. His senior positions included fund manager of Australian Prime Property Funds, chief investment officer for Asia Pacific, group head of investment management, group CFO and CEO of Property Australia. Stockland appointed him managing director and CEO effective June 1, 2021, succeeding Mark Steinert. The company’s 2026 annual report confirms his continuing role.
