Ric Clark

Ric Clark is co-founder and managing partner of WatermanClark, a vertically integrated real-estate investment and operating company formed in 2020. Career

Clark joined Brookfield Asset Management and its affiliates in 1984. He served as president and CEO of Brookfield Office Properties from 2002 to 2012, then became CEO of Brookfield Property Partners in 2012. From April 2013 to January 2021, he chaired and led Brookfield Property Group, Brookfield Property Partners and Brookfield Office Properties. Brookfield’s 2012 succession announcement noted his move from the office-property CEO role to lead the newly listed property partnership. In 2020, Clark and former Brookfield colleague Tod Waterman formed WatermanClark. He also chairs the Alliance for Downtown New York and Downtown-Lower Manhattan Association and serves on the National September 11 Memorial & Museum board.
