Kwok’s leadership spans one of Hong Kong’s largest property developers, whose businesses include residential development, offices, shopping malls, hotels, and property management. The group’s strategy combines large-scale development with recurring income from investment properties, and it has expanded through projects in Hong Kong and mainland China. As chairman and managing director, Kwok leads the listed company’s executive committee and represents its senior operating leadership; his board biography records a long progression through the business rather than a founder role. In 2025, SHKP’s annual report continued to list Kwok as chairman and managing director. This is a family-controlled public company, and his tenure follows a succession after the death of his father and a later transition from his brother Walter Kwok’s chairmanship. The distinction matters: Raymond is the current executive leader, while the company’s founding and earlier development history belong to the prior generation.
