Ralph Rosenberg

Ralph F. Rosenberg is a senior advisory partner in KKR’s Real Assets business and chairman of the board of KKR Real Estate Select Trust. He joined KKR in 2011 and previously led its real assets business, after investment leadership roles at Eton Park and Goldman Sachs.

Career and Focus

Rosenberg joined Goldman Sachs in 1986, with a return after business school. He co-founded Archon Group, which provided diligence, asset management and servicing for Whitehall real estate investments, and Archon Capital, a mezzanine lender. He later co-led Goldman’s Real Estate Principal Investment Area and its Global Special Situations Group. These roles combined property investing with credit, risk management and asset-level oversight.

He founded R6 Capital Management, focused on commercial real estate and asset-backed credit, before joining Eton Park in 2008. There he invested in real estate securities, whole loans and property and participated in the firm’s operating, risk and valuation committees. Rosenberg joined KKR in 2011 and became a senior advisory partner in 2026 after serving as partner and chairman of its Real Assets business. He chairs KKR Real Estate Select Trust and serves on the board of KKR Real Estate Finance Trust. This leadership change means current pages should not label him KKR’s global head of real estate. He also participates in the Urban Land Institute Foundation and Brown University’s investment committee. Rosenberg earned degrees from Brown University and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
