Nichole Popovics is President of TSCG, a retail-focused commercial real estate services firm. Career

TSCG says Popovics has more than 20 years of experience across tenant representation, landlord services, REIT operations, and private development. She joined the firm in 2021 as executive vice president and managing director of National Tenant Advisory Services. In May 2026, TSCG named her president, succeeding Sam Latone in that role; Latone remained co-CEO and co-chair alongside David Birnbrey.
