Mike Fascitelli

Michael “Mike” Fascitelli is a real-estate investor, founder of MDF Capital and co-founder and managing partner of Imperial Companies. Earlier, he spent 16 years at Vornado Realty Trust, serving as president from 1996 and CEO from 2009 to 2013. Career

Fascitelli joined Goldman Sachs’ real-estate department in 1985 and became a partner and head of its real-estate banking business in 1992. He joined Vornado in 1996 as president and trustee and became CEO in May 2009. He left the CEO and president roles effective April 15, 2013, remaining on Vornado’s board at the time. After Vornado, he founded MDF Capital and co-founded Imperial Companies, a real-estate investment, development and management company.
