Michael Covarrubias
Michael A. Covarrubias is chairman and co-CEO of TMG Partners, a San Francisco real estate development and investment firm. He joined TMG in 1988 and has directed the company since 1995. Under his leadership, TMG has entitled, developed, acquired and managed a diversified Bay Area portfolio of office, residential, retail and mixed-use properties. Before joining TMG, he spent 17 years at Union Bank in commercial lending, including real estate finance and management of its Silicon Valley regional real estate center. TMG credits his leadership with a cumulative Bay Area development and investment portfolio exceeding 33 million square feet.
