MaryAnne Gilmartin founded MAG Partners in 2018 and serves as its chief executive officer. The woman-owned, WBE-certified development company works on residential, office and mixed-use projects in New York and Baltimore. Its portfolio includes Ruby, a 480-unit mixed-income rental project in Chelsea; Mabel, a 190-unit mixed-income project on Eighth Avenue; Anagram Turtle Bay, a 194-unit residential building with ground-floor retail; and the 235-acre Baltimore Peninsula master plan. At MAG, current work includes ground-lease development, mixed-income housing and partnerships with institutional investors and local stakeholders. Before founding the company, Gilmartin was president and CEO of Forest City Ratner Companies, where she oversaw major New York projects, and later chaired the board and served as interim CEO of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.
