Marc Ganzi

Marc C. Ganzi is chief executive officer of DigitalBridge, an alternative asset manager focused on digital infrastructure. He founded Digital Bridge Holdings in 2013 and built it into an investor and operator in towers, data centers and related assets; the business merged into the public company in 2019. Earlier, he founded Global Tower Partners, which grew into one of the largest private U.S. tower companies before its 2013 sale to American Tower. At Global Tower Partners, Ganzi combined acquisitions, carrier build-to-suit agreements, and credit-market financings to scale a tower platform that American Tower acquired for $4.8 billion in 2013. He then founded Digital Bridge Holdings, which invested in digital infrastructure and later merged into the public company that became DigitalBridge. The firm’s current portfolio targets towers, fiber, data centers, and related assets supporting data transmission and cloud computing. DigitalBridge biography · DigitalBridge investor materials

Ganzi’s role is notable for combining operating experience in communications infrastructure with alternative-asset management. DigitalBridge identifies him as CEO and credits him with transforming the company into a specialist digital infrastructure platform. The business has made investments in companies such as Vantage Data Centers and Vertical Bridge; portfolio valuations and assets under management should be treated as date-specific because the platform’s composition changes with acquisitions and capital raises.
