Kevin Shannon

Kevin Shannon is Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets at Newmark. He leads investment-sales and capital-markets work for domestic and international clients, with a focus on the Western United States and experience across office, industrial, life-science, multifamily, land and retail assets. Newmark reports that he has been involved in more than $80 billion of capital-markets transactions since 2010, across fee-simple and structured deals in office, industrial, life-science, multifamily, land, and retail assets. He joined Newmark in 2015 after a decade at CBRE, where he led the West Coast Institutional Investment Group’s western office business; earlier he worked at Grubb & Ellis and Colliers.
