Career

Nagel began her commercial real-estate career at Regency Centers, underwriting retail acquisitions and development across multiple markets. She later joined Aimco Apartment Homes as a regional vice president responsible for East Coast investments, including acquisitions, development, redevelopment and construction. She then founded Residy and served as its managing partner, overseeing acquisitions and asset management for its multifamily investment portfolio.
