Jon Gray

As of October 6, 2026, Jonathan (“Jon”) Gray is Blackstone’s president and COO and a corporate director. He was appointed to that role in 2018, after leading the firm’s real estate business. He joined Blackstone in 1992 in M&A and private equity. Blackstone’s current biography also identifies him as Hilton Worldwide’s board chairman since 2007.
