He served as an executive director of Hongkong Land and Liberty International before becoming chief executive of Capco in 2010. After Capco and Shaftesbury combined in 2023, he became chief executive of Shaftesbury Capital. Its 2025 annual report describes 2.8 million square feet of lettable space across the West End and identifies Covent Garden, Carnaby, Soho, and Chinatown as core districts. The 2025 report also records £113.3 million of investment in the portfolio, including targeted acquisitions and capital expenditure; those are company actions under his leadership, not personal investments.
