Career and Focus

Hoit’s earlier career included work at Shorenstein before she became a senior partner at Rubenstein Partners, a private real estate investment firm focused on office acquisitions and redevelopment. She later became a partner at Atlantic Assets Group, which she founded in 2009 to pursue mixed-use and residential investment and redevelopment. A Columbia Business School account describes the move as an entrepreneurial transition after years of national travel and says the firm gave her a broader operating role. These details frame her background as an investor and owner-operator as well as an adviser.

She joined Park Madison Partners as a partner in 2012. The firm and Columbia described her remit as advising clients on acquisitions and capital raising, fundraising, and leading its capital advisory practice. She subsequently became a partner at GreenOak, where Columbia reported that she focused on new client relationships and business initiatives, working with the founding partners to cover investors globally. She has also served as a senior adviser to Finback Real Estate. GAH Real Estate is her current advisory platform, based in South Florida; its work focuses on growth, transitions, capital strategy and enterprise value creation. Hoit holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Georgetown University.
