Edward Roski Jr.
Edward P. Roski Jr. is chairman of Majestic Realty Co., the privately held developer and owner of industrial and business-park properties. He joined the family company after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and helped expand it from Southern California into national industrial markets, as well as retail and entertainment development. The company reports a portfolio of roughly 90 million square feet and a national tenant base that includes large corporations. Roski helped shift Majestic from Southern California development into a large private owner and developer of industrial parks, distribution facilities, retail properties, and entertainment venues. His work has included the company’s industrial parks and major venue development, while his daughter Reon Roski now serves as CEO for daily operations. Roski also served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and received two Purple Hearts. He has supported military and veteran causes through the Land of the Free Foundation.
