Stacom’s work is capital-markets advisory rather than property ownership: she represents owners and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and restructurings. Her New York specialization and long transaction record make her an influential broker in large institutional assets, while the new firm’s independent structure allows it to advise across counterparties. She has received repeated industry recognition, including REBNY’s Most Ingenious Deal of the Year award. Stacom transactions · Stacom CRE
