Queenan’s path through CBRE has crossed development, investment management and advisory services. He served as TCC chief executive from 2011 to 2016, led CBRE’s Asia Pacific business, and later held senior roles at CBRE Global Investors and the broader Real Estate Investments segment. Before CBRE, Queenan led Opus North Corporation, a U.S. real estate development company. His education includes a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. TCC’s current scale and its local-market model provide context for his executive role: the company combines national capital and development resources with city-based teams that source sites, secure approvals and deliver projects.
