Brian Ward

Brian Ward is a commercial real-estate finance executive who led Trimont as CEO from 2016 to 2021. Trimont is a global servicer and asset manager for commercial real-estate loans, including performing and non-performing credit. Before that, he led national capital markets at Institutional Property Advisors and Marcus & Millichap. He led Trimont for six years, overseeing a business providing primary and special servicing, construction-loan administration and investment advisory services to commercial-property lenders.
